 Since 1990 the HELIX CARBON GmbH develops and produces Propeller for a vast area of applications in aviation technologies. 
HELIX offers a large product range for aircraft performance between 7 and 270 hp. 
From the outset, HELIX focuses on modern materials and further development in independent, innovative construction.

Composites containing glass-, carbon- or aramid-fibers feature ideal material properties for the construction of propellers. 
Impassivity, low specific weight and classic advantages of the fiber composites construction are connected with a design, which is created due to long-term experience and detailed evaluation of extensive flight- and air-stream-tests.

The result: high-strength and extremely load-bearing propellers with an excellent degree of efficiency in a large range of speed combined with low noise emission.

Another focus is the co-operation with industrial companies and universities in the field of research and development. In doing so, HELIX provides as a perfect system-partner.
Development and design are created by means of CAD and CAM. 

The CAD-configuration has special tools for an efficient mold construction for fiber composites.
Most of the 3-D-freeform molds are made from aluminium and can be produced on our own CAM-machine.
